Director, Human Resources
Christen has been working in the human resources arena for the past 9 years. Her experience spans industries including IT, retail, and software development. Over the years, her experience has allowed her exposure to an array of HR related functions including recruiting, payroll, employee benefits, FMLA, Workers Compensation, A/R & A/P, IDES claims, Cobra, as well as the establishment of company policies, procedures and supporting documentation. Christen holds a Bachelors Degree in Business and Public Administration with a concentration in Management.
For the past ten years, I’ve worked in the HR field for retail and software development companies. KeyLimeTie is a great place to work because each day I come to a stable and creative environment filled with team members that I can truly count on.
Working at a growing company like KeyLimeTie has given me the opportunity to see my efforts pay off as we grow. When I first started, there were only 9 employees. To see it now at 30 people only a year and a half later is a great feeling, and I’ve enjoyed being a part of that success.
One of the greatest things about KeyLimeTie is how we actively involve clients in our culture. As we build relationships with them and expose them to our culture, they get to know us on a more personal level. I enjoy the opportunity to make clients feel comfortable and confident in the people here and the work we perform.
Outside of work I enjoy cooking, weekend getaways, hosting dinner parties, reading, golfing, decorating, and watching hockey.
