Position Overview:

KeyLimeTie is currently seeking a full-time User Interface Designer with experience designing websites, application interfaces, and email campaigns for a variety of multimedia devices including computers, smartphones, and tablets. Under the direction of the Creative Director, the User Interface Designer assists in the conceptualization and design of multimedia interfaces through the beginning stages of wireframing and designing to generating web-ready images and code.

An intuitive understanding of user experiences is essential. The ideal candidate is able to conceptualize and execute an idea with limited content or feedback from a client. This individual is well aware of emerging design trends within the industry and has advanced knowledge of Internet and web technologies, content and best practices.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Wireframing/Conceptualization – Assists in the conceptualization and execution of wireframes and screenflows
  • Design – Creates design compositions using industry-standard Adobe software applications for a wide variety of user interfaces including websites, smartphone applications, emails and kiosks
  • Web-Ready Content Creation – Creates HTML, CSS and web-ready images for implementation in Content Management Systems

Qualifications / Required Skills:

  • Required – Minimum 3 years of industry experience in the creation of interactive user interfaces including websites, applications, and email campaigns for a variety of multimedia devices ranging from computers, smartphones, and tablets
  • Required – Advanced proficiency in Adobe software including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Required – Advanced proficiency in image optimization for multimedia interfaces
  • Required – Advanced proficiency in the development of HTML/CSS
  • Required – Moderate proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver
  • Required – Must provide a link to your portfolio website.
  • Required – Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
